Planning Details
Vendor freedom and room setup
Choose the vendors that fit your celebration, with no food and beverage minimums. The ballroom is set in a basic “skeleton style” upon arrival; coordinate your final setup with your vendor team.
Kitchen prep area
Two hot boxes/food warmers, two residential-size refrigerators, four sinks with attached prep counters, four stainless-steel prep tables, a separate entrance, and an on-site dumpster support vendor preparation. A push cart dolly is also listed with wedding benefits.
Wedding suites
The south suite includes four hair and makeup stations, five golden dress display knobs, a lounge with Wi-Fi, a private restroom, and a fridge and food prep space. The north suite includes a lounge with Wi-Fi and games, a private restroom, and a fridge and food prep space.
